MasterSeal 754 is a pre-applied sheet membrane waterproofing system consisting of highly flexible polyolefin membrane and a designed non-woven fleece. This unique system provides a durable mechanical bond, which is created when the fleece is completely adhered to the fresh concrete. MasterSeal 754 is cold applied and pre-applied, as it is installed without heat or open flames and before the steel reinforcement is placed and the concrete is poured. Two-part, hand-applied, rapid-curing, chemically resistant polyurea waterproofing membrane When you have essential waterproofing repairs and need to get facilities back into service as quickly as possible, a fast-track waterproofing membrane is the best solution. MasterSeal M 686 is a two-part, hand-applied, rapid-curing polyurea membrane that enables structures to be recommissioned with minimal downtime. It provides a waterproof, elastic, continuous coating with excellent crack-bridging, chemical resistance and elasticity – without joints or overlaps – and an array of performance benefits. Where to use MasterSeal M 686? MasterSeal M 686 is suitable for a variety of concrete waterproofing applications, including detailing work around manhole covers and upstands on reservoir roofs, secondary containment, raw water tanks, wastewater and biogas plants, digestors, commercial roofing, podium decks and balconies. What makes MasterSeal M 686 different? MasterSeal M 686 provides similar chemical and physical properties to regular spray-applied polyurea, but without the need for special pump-and-spray equipment. This enables small areas to be treated that would otherwise be prohibitively expensive to repair. This self-smoothing, UV-stable membrane does not require a top coat and can be applied on horizontal surfaces.
